Giving Nibblish a site as fresh as their new brand

Nibblish had recently refreshed their brand, but their website hadn’t caught up. The old site felt dated and flat, and no longer reflected the lively, modern identity customers were seeing on the shelf.

We built them a brand new WordPress site that brings their refreshed brand to life. Fresh, vibrant and full of personality, it finally tells their “just fruit, no nasties” story the way it deserves to be told.

Who is Nibblish

Nibblish is a fruit snack brand on a mission to make healthy snacking honest and easy. Hand-picked fruit, gently baked, swirled or dipped, with no nasties added. What started in a family kitchen, born out of finding allergy-friendly snacks for their daughter Imogen, has grown into a snack staple found in lunchboxes, gloveboxes and hiking packs. Today Nibblish works with a network of over 1,000 growers and runs on solar power, recycled water and a commitment to doing things properly.

Identifying Key Areas for Improvement

Nibblish had invested in a beautiful new brand identity, but their existing website was telling a different story. The site felt dated and flat next to the fresh, lively new packaging and personality, leaving a gap between the brand on the shelf and the brand online.

The Kick-off

We sat down with the Nibblish team to understand the refreshed brand, the product range and where they wanted to take the business, then reviewed the old site to see what was holding the experience back.

The Wireframes

We mapped the key journeys, from discovering the range to learning the story and getting in touch to stock Nibblish, and turned them into clear wireframes that put content first.

The Design

With the structure set, we translated the new brand into a fresh, appetising design: bold use of the new identity, hero product photography and a warm, honest tone that mirrors the packaging.

The Development

We built a bespoke WordPress site using ACF, with flexible content sections, a clear product range and enquiry forms for retailers and customers alike.

Go for launch

We tested thoroughly across devices with a focus on mobile and performance, then launched the new Nibblish site, giving the brand an online home that finally matches the product on the shelf.
